How much does a video cost?
Videos start at $349 (up to 2,500 sq ft) plus Tax. Videos include Google Earth and background music at no additional cost; however, additional services (i.e. narration, photography, additional scenes…etc.) can be added for an extra cost.
Do you do photos too? How much do photos cost?
Yes. Pricing depends on your requirements. For Realtor Single Listing pricing, standard photos are usually $225 and studio lighting photos varies. High-end luxury properties require studio lighting.
What type of equipment do you use?
Videos are filmed in Ultra HD & HD resolution with cinema quality cameras, lenses, stabilizing equipment and aerial photography/video, which is used by independent filmmakers. (we do that too)

How long does it take to film a video?
On-site video shoots usually take about 1-3 hours. You do not have to be present the entire time, but please ensure that the property is in good showing condition. If you would like to speak the narration or be in an intro/closing scene, please allocate an additional 30-60 minutes total.

When is the best time to film a video?
The best time to film your property is either just after sunrise or just before sunset. Mornings and afternoons work well; however, the windows tend to be “blown out” because the lighting outside of the home is so much brighter than the lighting inside of the home. Night times also work well if you are not concerned about being able to see the exterior of the property through the interior windows.

What if I need to make changes after the final video is completed?
Changes can be made for an additional fee of $125. Any change, no matter how large or small, requires a complete re-edit and re-compression of the final video (our work is guaranteed)

Can I choose the background music?
Clients can use their own background music or choose from our existing library of royalty free music.

What is the length of the final video?
A walkthrough video for a 3 bed, 2 bath home is usually around 2-3 minutes; however, larger/smaller size properties and add-ons may increase/decrease the length of the final video.

When do I receive a final video?
Following the video shoot, the footage is professionally edited and a final video is provided to you within 48-hours. Clients have a 24-hour turnaround if needed for a fee. The turnaround for the Custom projects are based on the amount of customization requirements. Clients can receive the final version electronically and/or by disk.
Can I upload my video to other sites, such as VRBO.com?
Yes, and I can provide you with step-by-step directions on how to do so.
Can I upload my video to sites like the MLS?
Yes. The MLS requires that all videos must be “unbranded”, which means that the videos cannot contain any of the real estate agents’ contact information. Clients in need of posting their videos on the MLS will receive: 1) An unbranded version (for the MLS) and 2) A branded version with their contact info.

Yes. We can explain and work with you throughout the entire process. Some common things we help clients with include: 1) What “uploading the video” means. 2) How to upload the video to the MLS, VRBO.com, YouTube.com, or other Web sites. 3) How to email the video to clients/brokers. 4) How to setup a YouTube channel.
